Attorney Manning Zoll is an incredible negotiator and a truly compassionate person. All attorneys are nothing alike. I had one before Jennifer and the difference was like night and day. Jennifer listens, she's detailed and she's realistic. She crosses her T's and dots her I's as a true professional. This was an extremely tough divorce as I am sure most are, and honestly I wasn't sure I was going to get through it, but I did and I got more than I had asked for. She's quick to respond, she listens to every detail and she fights hard for you. I am not sure you could do any better than her to be honest. Watching her in court running circles around my Ex's attorney was a site to behold. Attorney Jennifer Manning-Zoll represented me for my divorce. My marriage was a short term marriage however, my soon to be ex-husband had substance abuse issues which affected the safety and well-being of my infant son and me. To complicate matters, I was the primary owner of my residence and had assets/income prior to getting married. Attorney Manning-Zoll heard all my concerns and protected me and my son during my divorce proceedings, obtaining court ordered supervised parenting time for my infant son and temporary sole physical/legal custody for me. After numerous missed supervised visitations due to my ex-husband’s substance abuse issues, Attorney Manning-Zoll was allowed by the judge a court ordered random drug and alcohol hair follicle testing to be done on my ex-husband. This screening never occurred since my ex-husband was brought in by police and held in Protective Custody. The week following this recent incident my ex-husband checked into a long term rehab. My divorce was finalized in January 2017. I was awarded permanent physical custody and legal custody of my son and my ex-husband would receive his reinstated court ordered supervised two (2) hour a week parenting time with his son after successful completion of his drug/alcohol treatment program. In regards to my financial status, Attorney Manning-Zoll work extremely hard to protect my assets and residence and the court did order me to pay my ex-husband according to division of assets statue but awarded to keep my residence. At all times, I knew Attorney Manning-Zoll had my back and not once did I have to second guess her approach towards issues and developments along the way. I hired Jennifer when my wife took out a restraining order and filed for divorce. She got the restraining order thrown out. I feel that she got me the best resolution to my case that I could have hoped for. Most importantly my daughter lives with me. Jen listened to my concerns, told me which issues I had a chance of getting a ruling in my favor and explained to me why the court wouldn't rule for me on others. She didn't sugar coat the fact that in a divorce the law favors the wife. I feel that I was the overall winner in my divorce and I know I paid far less for my lawyer than my wife paid for hers. If I need an attorney in the future I will definitely hire Jennifer again.

I have met and consulted with many different lawyers and Jennifer not only was the most professional, but also the most personable. She is a forced to be recognized with in court, and is very well spoken. She commands the floor of court room with such grace and strength. Attorney Manning-Zoll was my counsel with a divorce. What should have been an easy divorce, considering that it was a short term marriage, with no children and a prenuptial agreement upon entering, became very difficult. My then estrange husband, hired his counsel from a big city law firm, with the hopes that he would be dissolved from any or all responsibility and obligations, listed in the prenuptial agreement. His lawyer was not an easy person to deal with, and Attorney Manning-Zoll handled every situation with class, dignity, and wasn't afraid to stand up for herself, her client, and the law. The big law firm, did not intimidate her, nor would she back down to them. The only difference between both attorneys, is that Attorney Manning-Zoll is not a fee churner. She is ethical, honest and is always looking out for her clients best interest. Both attorneys provided the same services and time to their clients, however my attorney fee was a FIFTH of the amount the other lawyer, who clearly was trying to drag and rack up unnecessary costs in the case, charged my ex husband. Attorney Manning-Zoll reached beyond my expectations, as an attorney. She is aggressive and fights for the underdog. She was my voice when I couldn't speak. Throughout the whole divorce process, I had complete trust and faith with Attorney Manning-Zoll. She is professional and respectful. Her knowledge and hard work, as well as, her integrity, ethics, and moral, are just the few qualities that make her such an exceptional attorney.

I hired Jennifer over four years ago to initiate divorce proceedings after 35 years of marriage. Jennifer was not only professional but also sensitive to my situation. Ms Manning Zoll represented me in a child custody case. Opposing counsel and her client where very difficult to deal with and had unrealistic expectations. I was a client that hired her for my divorce. I had a prenup that was not contested. Two minor children lived with me, and I held most of the assets. She was not well prepared with documents i.e., for mediation, and had difficulty negotiating with a more seasoned attorney that my Ex husband hired. A potential divorce became a lengthy process.
